Biography
As a Redshirt Sophomore (2018) - Appeared in 17 games for the Sunbirds, including 11 starts....recorded a goal and an assist against Dominican (9/29)....scored a goal in FPU's 5-0 victory over Holy Names (10/4)....totaled seven points for the season.
As a Redshirt Freshman (2017) - Appeared in all 18 games for the Sunbirds, including 16 starts....scored first collegiate goal in 4-4 draw against Central Washington (9/14)...earned the game-winner in overtime in PacWest opener against Dominican (9/21)....tied for team lead with six goals, the most of any Sunbird in a decade....credited with two game-winners....added three assists to total 15 points....chosen as All-PacWest Second Team selection.
As a Freshman (2016) - Redshirted for the Sunbirds.
Prior to FPU - Played for Cameron Hill at Madera High School....Forward of the Year twice....All-League MVP....All-League Forward of the Year....earned all-league honors four years in a row and Offensive Player of the Year honors....played for one of the top club teams in the area (Odyssey).
Personal - Parents are Ruben and Michelle Gonzalez....has two siblings, Audree and Nicholas....majoring in pre-law.
