Biography
As a Junior (2014) - Appeared in six games, making two starts....PacWest Scholar Athlete.
As a Sophomore (2013) - Appeared in 11 of the team's 17 games, making one start vs. Azusa Pacific....took four shots and two shots on goal.
As a Freshman (2012) - Appeared in five games, making one start....made first collegiate start 9/22 in win at Hawaii Hilo.
Prior to FPU - Played four years of varsity soccer at Buchanan High School under FPU men's soccer alum Orlando Ramirez....helped her team to a state final as a freshman as well as three Valley championships.....also competed in varsity track & field all four years.
Personal - Parents are Joe and Ann....has one brother, Joey....person she most admires is Jesus Christ....favorite show is the O.C.....favorite athlete is Alex Morgan....best friend on another team is Samantha Brechmann of Fresno State....hobbies include cycling and surfing as well as rollerblading with teammate Amanda Hudec....attends Holy Spirit Church.....Alyssa is an english (secondary teaching) major with plans of becoming an english teacher.
