As a Freshman (2011) - Appeared in 12 games, making two starts in her first season with the team....scored her first collegiate goal in 2-0 win over William Jessup (9/17)....had assists in wins over Simpson (8/30) and San Diego Christian (9/24)...took 12 shots on the season, six of which were on goal.

Prior to FPU- Played four years of varsity soccer at Clovis High School for coach Jeff Annis….named 1st Team All-CMAC, Team MVP, was awarded 2nd Team All-TRAC twice, First Team All-TRAC, also received the Most Valuable Attacker and Most Valuable Offensive player awards….scored 15 goals her senior year….also ran Cross Country and Track, where she was named MVP three years in a row and won the Valley Championship in the 800 meters (2007). 

Personal- Born May 5, 1993….daughter of Tom and Angela Mejia….has three siblings Thomas, Justin, and Jocelyn….favorite food is sushi…..favorite movie is Pearl Harbor….attends St. Anthony’s Church…. Alyssa is a History/Political Science major with hopes of becoming a district attorney.
