Personal - Samantha was born in Chicago, IL and raised in Chino Hills, CA...She is the daughter of Judy Rosenblum and Serafin Cardeno...She has three older sisters...She enjoys eating dancing and spending time at the beach...Samantha is a declared Physical Therapy major...She is aspiring to work with collegiate or professional athletes.

Prior to FPU - Samantha played at Ayala High School...Her team was named All-CIF Southern Section, All-League and received All-CIF League Academic Awards.

As a junior (2007) - Samantha appeared in 30 games, including 8 starts...She shot 81 percent from the line and averaged 2.4 rebounds and 5.1 points per game.
