As a Freshman (2015-16) - Appeared in 15 games, making four starts during her first season with the Sunbirds….totaled 39 points, 29 rebounds, 15 assists and nine steals on the season….scored seven points, racked up three rebounds and grabbed two steals vs. Academy of Art (12/19)….scored six points, snatched three steals and picked up three rebounds in the win over UC Merced (11/21)….tallied six points, four rebounds and three assists vs. Seattle Pacific (11/14).

Prior to FPU - Played four years of basketball at Ventura High School, including two on varsity under head coach Ann Larson....team won the CIF Division 1AA her junior year....earned First-Team All-League and Second-Team All-County honors....also competed in track and field for three years and volleyball for two.

Personal - Daughter of Robert and Laura Mew....has four sisters: Regan, Rian, Kaydn and Kara....greatest sports thrill thus far was when her team won CIF her junior year....people she most admires are her older sisters, Regan and Rian....favorite food is tacos....favorite book is Ellen Hopkin's Burned....listens to Drake....admires athlete Kobe Bryant....person she would most like to meet is Beyonce....hobbies include singing and dancing....Riley is a communication major who would like to teach English in third world countries.
