Biography

As a Junior (2018-19) - Did not appear in any games.

As a Sophomore (2017-18) - Appeared in 10 games for the Sunbirds....collected eight rebounds.

As a Freshman (2016-17) - Appeared in 23 games for the Sunbirds, including a pair of starts....averaged a point and a rebound per game. 

Prior to FPU - Prepped at Bishop Amat High School in West Covina....a four-time winner of the Athletic Academic Scholastic Award....served as team captain during her senior campaign....named the MVP of the Rosemead Holiday Classic Tournament.... team finished as CIF 1AA Runner-up in 2012-13....spent three years on the school's volleyball team....competed in track and field in each spring semester.

Personal - Daughter of Peter and Elva Esparza....has two siblings, Peter and Anissa....chose FPU because of the small family environment and the personal academic education....most admires her parents....favorite book is the Harry Potter series....favorite athletes are Maya Moore and Steph Curry....would most like to meet Michael Jordan....majoring in communication.
