Indoor- ran a 22.53 in the 200-meters at the Sunshine Open and Combined Events … ran a 8.43 in the 60-meter hurdles at the Sunshine Open and Combined Events …
 
Outdoor- ran a 15.23 in the 110-meter hurdles at the Sunbird Invitational … ran a 56.04 in the 400-meter hurdles at the Sunbird Invitational … threw 131-11 in javelin at the Kim Duyst Invitational …


As a Freshman (2019) – PacWest Track Athlete of the Week (3/28)….highlighted a dominant freshman campaign by earning the PacWest conference title in the 400 hurdles with a time of 53.98, a mark which signified a lifetime best and landed him in the top ten for FPU all-time….also earned conference honors with a third-place finish in the 4x400 relay (3:20.38)….set a huge personal record in the 110 hurdles, going 14.98 at the Stanford Invitational to crack into FPU’s top-ten records list for the event.

Prior to FPU - Prepped at Clovis High School and spent four seasons on the varsity team.

Personal - Son of Shannon Martina and Greg Woods....has three siblings named Amy, Brianna, Mckenna and Hero....greatest sports thrill was winning events at the West Coast Relays....Jake is a criminal justice major.
