Indoor- ran a 7.31 in the 100-meters at the Sunshine Open and Combined Events … ran a 23.72 in the 200-meters at the Sunshine Open and Combined Events …
 
Outdoor- ran an 11.74 in the 100-meters at the Kim Duyst Invitational …

As a Sophomore (2019) – earned conference honors with a second-place finish in the 4x100 relay (42.43)….clocked a lifetime-best 11.35 in the 100m at the Pomona-Pitzer Invite….at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic, won the 4x100 relay with a season-best time of 41.77, good for eighth overall in the FPU record books.

As a Freshman (2018) – sprinted to a lifetime best 23.23 in the 200m at the Pomona Pitzer Invite….clocked 7.34 in the 60m at the Westmont Sunshine open for a personal best….at the Cal Poly Invitational, set a season best in the 100m with an 11.40 finish.

Prior to FPU - Prepped at Central High School....spent four years on the varsity team under coach Cedric Pulliam....2017 Valley and TRAC Champions....also played football in high school.

Personal - Parents are Ran Thean and Kevin Lieng....has two siblings named Marina and Mary....person he most admires is his mom....greatest sports thrill was competing against pro runners and an Olympian....roots for the San Francisco 49ers and the New York Knicks....favorite athletes are Trayvon Bromell, Marquise Goodwin....enjoys working out and Muay Thai as hobbies....Brendon is a biology major with a minor in chemistry.
