Biography
As a Junior (2016-17) – CSCAA Scholar All-America Honorable Mention….At the PCSC Championships, swam to a seventh place finish in the 1000 freestyle with a time of 10:18.90, good for second all-time at FPU….in dual meet competition against Cal State East Bay, swam to a third place finish in the 1000 free with a time of 10:55.49.
As a Sophomore (2015-16) - CSCAA Scholar All-American Honorable Mention....At the PCSC Championships, she placed sixth in the 1000 freestyle with a time of 10:27.47 and moved into the FPU record books at third all-time....at the PCSC Relays, came in second in the 3x500 yard freestyle relay with a time of 16:11.34.
As a Freshman (2014-15) - Made her PCSC Championships debut in the 1000 freestyle with a fifth-place finish and a time of 10:32.89....in a dual meet against CSU Bakersfield, she won the 500 freestyle with a time of 5:15.62.
Prior to FPU - Prepped at Tower Christian School...swam four years for head coach John McGough...earned the Coaches' Award from 2012-14...member of the student council for four years and was president her senior year...was a part of numerous community service events: child care, inner city and international missions, elderly visitation, Salvation Army, Policemen’s Memorial, Rescue Mission, Poverello House and Fresno State Autism Center.
Personal - Daughter of Ward and Barbara Freeman...has two brothers named Jonathan and Joshua...chose FPU for the swimming program and the Christian environment...person she most admires is her grandmother Maurel...enjoys eating Italian food...favorite TV show is How I Met Your Mother and her favorite movies are Star Wars and Iron Man...enjoys reading Sherlock Holmes...favorite musical artist is Maroon 5...roots for the Pittsburg Steelers...favorite athlete is Michael Phelps...hobbies include interior decorating and taking pictures...person she would most like to meet is Jesus...attends Peoples Church...Hannah is a kinesiology major with plans to become a physical therapist assistant.
