Prior to FPU- Jacob began his collegiate career at Merced College playing two years for coach Scott McCall….played three years of water polo at Fresno High School, two on varsity for coach Scott Braun.

Personal- Born November 17, 1990…. son of Patricia Margutia and Dennis Cross…. has three brothers Josh, Justin, and David…. mother, Patricia, played soccer at FPU…. attends New Covenant Church…. Jacob is an English-Secondary Teaching major.
