As a Sophomore (2013) - Went 16-8 for the national runner-up Sunbirds from the #5 and #6 spots.....Earned a 15-11 doubles record with four different partners.

As a Freshman (2012) - Went 6-5 for the national runner-up Sunbirds from the #5 and #6 spots... Earned a 6-3 record in doubles play primarily teamed with John Karlman, the two went 2-1 in doubles.

Prior to FPU - Spent four seasons on the varsity team at Clovis West High School for coach Bryan Junio....posted a 91-8 singles record in his career while leading his team to three Valley championships....a 4-time All-Fresno Bee selection and 3-time All-Valley, Loop also was part of the Valley's doubles championship team twice.

Personal - Born November 20, 1992....son of Steve and Marisol....has one sister, Faith....his father played football at Fresno State....chose FPU for the coach, the team and the chance to win a national championship....person he most admires is his father....favorite food is Japanese....favorite TV show is Criminal Minds....is a fan of Duke basketball....favorite athletes are Lance Armstrong and teammate Kirill Sinitsyn....person he would like to meet is Duke basketball coach Mike Krzyzewski....attends People's Church....enjoys playing golf....Stefan is a Physical Therapy major with plans of becoming a physical therapist and/or tennis coach.
