As a Junior (2017) - Appeared in 15 games for the Sunbirds, including 10 starts....recorded a pair of assists in FPU's 4-2 win over Dominican (9/21)....scored first collegiate goal against Biola (10/7) before following up with his second goal 13 minutes later....totaled seven points for the year.

As a Sophomore (2016) - Appeared in 12 games for the Sunbirds, including seven starts....took seven shots....Academic All-PacWest selection. 

As a Freshman (2015) - Academic All-PacWest....Appeared in one game off the bench for the PacWest Champion Sunbirds.

Prior to FPU - Spent three years on the varsity team at Sanger High School....was named the team's Most Valuable Player....named a valedictorian.

Personal - Son of Adriana Bravo and Sergio Bermudez....has one sister, Sarahi....chose FPU because of the Christian environment and the soccer program....favorite movie is McFarland USA....roots for Chivas and Barcelona....favorite athlete is Lionel Messi....hobbies include soccer, playing FIFA and camping...attends Sequoia Seventh Day Adventist....Sergio is a pre-med major with plans of becoming a cardiologist.
