Sunbird soccer alum Tomas Escobar joined Coach Cameron Shahrokhi’s staff in August 2024.

The Pereira, Colombia native joined FPU men’s soccer as a freshman and would play four years for the ‘Birds.  The defender was a four-time Academic All-PacWest selection and was part of the team who reached the PacWest Championship game in Coach Shahrokhi’s first season.

Escobar graduated from FPU with cum laude honors, earning a BA in Business Administration – Management.
