Prior to FPU - Spent two seasons at College of the Sequoias under head coaches Curdis Allen and David Bronson....named the cross country Giant of the Year (2015-16) and the cross country Most Valuable Runner (2015-16)....member of the men's track and field state championship team in 2017....prepped at Redwood High School under head coach Joe Gonzales....received the Most Valuable Runner (2014) distinction and the Ranger Award (2015)....led the Rangers to WYL championships in cross country (2012-14) and track (2014-15)....also a scholar athlete from 2014-15.

Personal - Son of Laura and Javier Gonzalez....has two siblings named Andrew and Jaden....enjoys eating popcorn....prays and reads motivational stories as a pregame ritual....enjoys working on DIY projects as a hobby....attends Saint Mary's Church....Adam is a business major.
