As a Junior (2017) - Appeared in 16 games for the Sunbirds, including 14 starts....tallied an assist in FPU's 4-4 draw against Central Washington (9/14)....helped the Sunbirds deliver three clean sheets....served as team captain....Academic All-PacWest selection.

As a Sophomore (2016) - Appeared in all 17 games for the Sunbirds, including 15 starts....earned an assist against BYU-Hawaii (9/24)....a key contributor on a back line that recorded seven shutouts....Academic All-PacWest selection. 

As a Freshman (2015) - Academic All-PacWest....appeared in 11 games, making five starts for the Sunbirds....was a key contributor to the defensive line that recorded shutouts against Cal State East Bay (9/3), Chaminade (9/26), BYU Hawaii (10/3), Dominican (10/7), Notre Dame de Namur (10/19) and Concordia (10/31).

Prior to FPU - Played four years of varsity soccer at Redwood High School under coach Jason Viera.....was a first team all-WYL selection and two-year team captain....won four WYL Championships....was a First Team All-League Selection....received the True to the Blue Award....was senior class president and homecoming queen.

Personal - Daughter of Margie and Chris....has three brothers: Christopher, Anthony and Nicholas....most admires her parents....favorite food is mint chocolate chip ice cream....favorite movie is The Dark Knight Rises....favorite sports teams are the Los Angeles Dodgers and Oakland Raiders....favorite athlete is Julie Johnston....person she'd most like to meet is Joc Pedersen.....attends St. Mary's Catholic Church....hobbies include music and corn hole....Vanessa is an art major with plans of becoming an ASB teacher.
