Prior to FPU - Spent four years on the varsity team at Clovis High School under coach James Patrick....earned numerous accolades including all-city, TRAC all-conference, BAWS all-tournament team and Marlins scout team....had a career high school batting average of .302....best game performance came when he went 2-for-2 against high school phenom and MLB draft pick Carlos Salazar, collecting two of his team's three hits in the win.....also played three years of varsity football....served as a batboy for the 2008 Fresno State baseball team....greatest sports moment thus far was jumping on the dogpile after the team won the College World Series.

Personal - Born August 7....son of Steve and Annette France....has three siblings: Hannah, Abby and Sydney....person he admires most is his dad....hobbies include Fifa '14, Netflix and watching football....favorite show is Friday Night Lights....favorite musical artist is Drake....favorite team is the L.A. Dodgers....McKay is a business major.

As a Junior (2016) - Appeared in 40 games, making 37 starts....hit three doubles and two triples....drove in 13 runs....drew six walks....stole one base....scored seven total runs.

As a Sophomore (2015) - Appeared in 54 games, making 47 starts at second base for the national champion Sunbirds....in 156 at-bats, hit .199 with 18 runs scored, 12 RBI and a .292 OBP....one of the league's top defensive infielders, was a West Region Gold Glove nominee....went 4-for-6 in doubleheader sweep of Bethesda....went 1-for-3 with a run scored in national championship game vs. Lee.

As a Freshman (2014) - Played in 52 games, making 41 starts at second base for the national champion Sunbirds....batted .295 with a .379 on-base percentage....also had 23 runs scored and eight stolen bases....one of the league's top defensive infielders, was a West Region Gold Glove nominee and posted a .985 fielding percentage....hit .356 in the second half of the season....had 11 multi-hit games....went 3-for-3 with three runs scored, two RBI and two walks in win at Academy of Art (4/18)....went 3-for-5 with two runs, two RBI and two steals in win at Holy Names (4/25).
