As a Sophomore (2017) - Redshirted for the Sunbirds. 

As a Freshman (2016) - Appeared in 46 games with 39 starts....recorded his first college hit against Cal State Monterey Bay (1/30)....drove in his first run against Stanislaus State (2/5)....posted six games with at least three hits....had four hits against Holy Names (4/8)....finished as the team's leading hitter with a .383 batting average....hit five doubles and three triples....stole six bases....Second Team All-PacWest selection....PacWest Conference Freshman of the Year.

Prior to FPU - Played four years of varsity baseball at Hanford West High School under coach Micheal Remy....earned first team all-league honors in 2015....also played football in high school.

Personal - Son of Staci Jones....has four siblings: Kyleegh, Mady, Olivia and Gavin....chose Fresno Pacific because of the close-knit, family atmosphere....person he most admires is his mom....roots for the Oakland Raiders....Leo is a pre-health major with plans of becoming a physician's assistant.
