As a Senior  (2023) - PacWest Pitcher of the Year...First Team All-PacWest Selection as a Starting Pitcher...Named to First Team All-West Region as a Starting Pitcher by both the D2CCA, ABCA and the NCBWA...Led the conference in strikeouts with 80...Led the PacWest in Innings Pitched through the end of the conference championship tournament...Delivered a quality start in his first ten outings of the season...Posted a 7-3 record in 13 starts for the Sunbirds...Ascended to the game one starting role of FPU's series openers...Finished with a 3.23 ERA in 86.1 innings pitched...Limited opposing batters to a .217 batting average...Went 2-5 at the plate with a double...

As a Junior (2022) - Appeared in 26 games for the Sunbirds with 13 starts on the mound ... posted a 4.74 ERA with four wins ... led the team in innings pitched with 79.2 ... struck out 58 batters ... Third Team All-PacWest

As a Sophomore (2021) - Appeared in 39 games for the Sunbirds … made 38 starts … accumulated a batting average of .300 … on-base percentage of .412 … slugging percentage of .340 … had 30 hits including four doubles … drove in 11 runs ... stole five bases … had three hits against Concordia Irvine  (5/13) … appeared and started 10 games on the mound for the Sunbirds … pitched 52.1 innings … racked up 52 strikeouts … had an earned run average of 4.13 … opponents batted .267 against … threw seven innings and had 10 strikeouts against Holy Names (4/09)...Earned Second Team All-PacWest

As a Sophomore (2020) - Appeared in and started 22 games for the Sunbirds … … accumulated a batting average of .319 … on-base percentage of .385 … slugging percentage of .406 … had 22 hits including four doubles … drove in eight runs ... had three hits against Concordia (3/07) …  pitched 24.2 innings for the Sunbirds … racked up 19 strikeouts … had an earned run average of 2.92 … opponents batted .239 against … threw seven innings and had seven strikeouts against Holy Names (2/22)

As a Freshman (2019) - Appeared in 40 games for the Sunbirds, playing multiple positions....made collegiate debut on the mound in 7-5 win over Sonoma State, pitching 3.2 innings out of the bullpen (2/10)....picked up first collegiate hit against 12th-ranked Colorado Mesa (2/21)....turned in eight multi-hit games for the year with the first coming against Colorado Mesa (2/23)....named PacWest Freshman of the Week (4/15)....had three hits in 12-5 win over Point Loma (4/19)....hit .290 for the season....picked up six saves to land in the top five on the school's single-season recordbook....All-PacWest Second Team utility player. 

Prior to FPU - Prepped at Clovis North High School....three-year varsity starter....won team's Golden Glove award twice....named team MVP....Fowler Easter Classic Golden Glove Award and Most Outstanding Pitcher Award recipient....First Team All-CSL....Second Team All-TRAC.

Personal - The son of Bobby and Melissa Cooper....favorite food is tri tip....favorite pro team is the Los Angeles Dodgers....favorite band is Panters....would most like to meet Conor McGregor....has two siblings, Kory and Riley....majoring in kinesiology.
