As a Junior (2010)- A mainstay on the Sunbird defense, Wright started all 18 games for FPU....in addition to being one of the team's top defenders, she finished the season with three assists....assisted on a goal in a 5-0 win over Menlo (9/15)....had two assists, both on corner kicks to Nayeli Deniz, in the team's 3-0 upset win over #11 Cal Baptist (10/9)....for her contributions that day, she was named GSAC Defensive Player of the Week (10/11).

Prior to FPU- Spent two years at Fresno City College playing for coach Oliver Germond....Earned junior college All-American honors, All-Western Region and MVP of central valley conference....Played four seasons at Buchanan High School, earning four varsity letters....Helped the Bears win two valley titles and was second team all-league.

Personal- Born March 24, 1989....Parents are Robert and Leslie....Has two brothers, Seth and Garrett and a sister Jessica....Her grandpa Ray Herzog played pro baseball and her step-dad Mike competed in college cross country/track....Came to FPU so that she would be close enough for grandparents to attend games....Person she most admires is her mother Leslie....Favorite movie is Iron Man....Favorite book is Othello....Favorite team is the Angels and favorite player is Angels infielder Erick Aybar....Maghan is a physical therapy major.
