As a Junior (2011) - Played in 28 of FPU's 30 matches, turning in a strong season at setter and outside hitter despite battling injuries throughout the year....finished the year second on the team in assists with 478 (4.88 p/s) and second in digs per set with 2.80 (274 total)....also recorded 160 kills (.248 attack percentage), 33 blocks, and was second on the team with 25 service aces....finished the year with 11 double-doubles and three triple-doubles....recorded a triple-double of 26 assists, 17 kills and 13 digs vs. Biola (11/8)....had another triple-double against Biola in the national tournament (12/2) with 14 kills, 12 assists and 12 digs.....recorded a season-high 44 assists at Westmont (11/1)....had 43 assists and 22 digs against The Master's (10/25)....recorded a triple-double of 25 assists, 12 digs and 11 kills in win over Fresno State (11/16).

As a Sophomore (2010) - As the starting setter, Adachi helped lead FPU to its fourth consecutive national title....She played in 36 matches and 117 sets for the Sunbirds, leading the team in assists with 992 (8.48 per set)....Adachi rose to the occasion in national tournament play, totaling 21 kills, 242 assists, 38 digs and 15 blocks in the six matches and was named an NAIA All-Tournament selection....Set a career high in assists with 48 in national tourney win vs. Taylor (12/2).....had a phenomenal game in the national semifinal win over Texas-Brownsville with 43 assists and 12 digs.....She recorded 20 or more assists 31 different times and went for 30+ assists 13 times.....Recorded a career high 16 digs in win over Embry-Riddle (8/21)....Had season bests with six blocks vs. Westmont (11/12) and six kills vs. Point Loma Nazarene (12/3)....In addition to her 992 assists, finished the season with 46 kills, 30 service aces, 225 digs and 30 blocks.....She earned the team's co-Most Improved Player award after the season.

As a Freshman (2009) - Played in 37 matches and 125 sets for the national champion Sunbirds....Led the team with 841 assists, averaging 6.73 assists per set....Finished fourth on the team with 239 digs....Had a season-high 34 assists on two occasions, in a victory at Cal Baptist (11/7) and five days later in a win at The Master's, accomplishing the second one in just three sets....Had a season-best 15 digs in win at CSU Bakersfield (10/13).

Prior to FPU - Erica attended Colegio de Osasco in Sao Paolo.

Personal - Erica is from Sao Paulo, Brazil...Her parents are Edison and Nilza Adachi...Her favorite foods are Japanese and Brazilian...She enjoys listening to pop, indie rock and R&B music...Her favorite TV show is "Grey's Anatomy"...She is fluent in Portuguese...Her hobbies include listening to music and spending time with friends...Erica is a Business major.
