Personal - Gabriel was born and raised in Fresno...He is the son of Jaime and Laura Beth Ramirez...His siblings are Orlando and Julie...His hobbies include basketball, ping pong, and disc golf...His home church is The Well Community Church...Gabriel is an Intercultural Studies major with a minor in Communications... His career goal is to serve overseas.

Prior to FPU - Gabriel is a graduate of Roosevelt High School…He was named Best Offensive Player and second team All-Valley in his final season...His coach was Joel Munoz.

As a Freshman (2006) - Gabriel appeared in 18 of the Sunbirds' 18 matches, including 16 starts…He registered 2 goals for a total of 4 points…He finished the year with a .143 shooting percentage (2-14).
