Prior to FPU - Ida is a graduate of Monache High School in Porterville...In addition to playing soccer, she participated in track and water polo...Ida transfered to FPU from College of the Sequoias in Visalia...She played soccer there for two years under coach Ryan Rowland Smith.

As a Junior (2008) - Ida played in 11 of the Sunbirds' 16 matches, including 10 starts...She registered 5 goals, one of which was a game winner, and 1 assist for a total of 11 points...She took 30 shots with 19 of them being on goal...She finished the season with a .167 shot percentage.
