As a Junior (2019) – earned a conference title at the PacWest Championships after taking first in the shot put with a 13.40m throw….recorded a career best 44.61m mark in the hammer throw at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic and a season best 41.85m in the discus….her 20.50m javelin toss at the Sunbird Invitational signified another career best.

As a Sophomore (2018) – season highlights included a breakout performance at the PacWest Championships, where she took second in the shot put (12.49m) and discus (43.22m) with season-best marks….recorded a career-best 42.42m in the hammer throw at the Sunbird Invitational.

As a Freshman (2017) - a breakout performance at the PacWest Championships earned her All-Conference honors in the shot put (2nd, 13.05m) and discus (2nd, 43.36m), while also placing her in the FPU all-time record books at eighth and fifth, respectively….performed well at the FPU Sunbird Invite, where she took first in the shot put (12.48m) and first in the hammer (35.79m).

Prior to FPU - Spent four seasons on the track & field team at Exeter High School under head coach Darin Laskey...named Most Improved Player and to the Hall of Fame...had persona bests of 125' in the discus and 40'10" in the shot put...also played soccer and tennis.

Personal - Daughter of Michele Dow and Bruce Norris...has nine siblings...people she most admires are her parents...enjoys eating Italian food...favorite TV show is Bones...enjoys reading the Hunger Games series...roots for the Green Bay Packers...favorite athletes are Clay Matthews and Aaron Rodgers...hobbies include baking and cooking...attends Foothill Bible Church...Christy is a mathematics major.
