Biography

As a Junior (2019): Appeared in 12 games out of the FPU bullpen....struck out 14 batters in 18.2 innings of work....tossed 2.0 or more innings in a game on six occasions....named Academic All-PacWest.

As a Sophomore (2018): Appeared in 15 games out of the Sunbird bullpen....struck out 21 batters in 21.1 innings of work....earned a three-inning save against Sonoma State (2/10)....picked up a career-high seven strikeouts against California Baptist (4/12)....named Academic All-PacWest.

As a Freshman (2017): Appeared in 18 games with one start on the mound....struck out three and earned the win in collegiate debut against Stanislaus State (2/4)....held opponents scoreless in 10 outings.

Prior to FPU: A graduate of Immanuel High School...played four years of varsity baseball under head coach Josh Franco...two-time Pitcher of the Year...won a Valley Championship during senior campaign. 

Personal: The son of Randy and Tamara Schellenberg...older brother Kelyn played baseball at FPU...favorite sports team is the San Francisco Giants...majoring in accounting...has two siblings, Kelyn and Audry.
