Biography

As a Junior (2016) - Academic All-PacWest.

Prior to FPU - Pitched for two years at College of the Sequoias under coach Jody Allen....prepped at Dinuba High School, where he played baseball for four years, including three years on varsity for coach Brent Morelli.

Personal - Son of Alfred and Laura Cachu....has two siblings, Ricky and Adrienne....greatest sports thrill thus far was competing in the Junior College Final Four series with COS....favorite movie is Fury....listens to music by Rebelution....roots for the New York Yankees....favorite athlete is Albert Pujols....Gene is a mathematics major with plans of becoming a math professor at the college level.
