2018 Men's Water Polo Roster
Biography
As a Freshman (2015) - ACWPC All-Academic Team....appeared in five games during his first season with the Sunbirds....totaled three goals and four assists on the season....netted a goal and dished out an assist in wins over Merced (9/23) and Cal Tech (10/3).
Prior to FPUÂ - Spent three years on the varsity water polo team at Buchanan High School under head coach Nic Maes....two-time Valley champion....recorded 34 goals, 26 ejections drawn, 15 steals and five assists his senior season....also a member of the swim team for three seasons.
Personal - Son of Jim and Lisa Weaver....has one sister, Hannah....chose FPU because of the Christian community and his strong desire to be on the water polo team...favorite food is Italian, especially from Luna's....enjoys watching The Office....roots for the Seattle Seahawks and the USA National Water Polo team....enjoys playing video games and scuba diving as hobbies....entering his third year as a resident assistant....Zach is a biology major with an emphasis in human health.
