Prior to FPU- Played three seasons of varsity water polo at Tulare Union for Bill Freeman...named the Tulare County Player of the Year...scored 62 goals, dished out 91 assists and tallied 80 steals his senior season...scored seven times in the semifinal against Sanger his sophomore season...also swam at Tulare Union, where he holds four school records.

Personal- Parents are David and Saan...has three siblings named Kinlee, Bekah and Mikah...his father played wide receiver for San Diego State...greatest sports thrill was winning the Valley Championship...chose FPU for the Christian environment and the water polo program...the person he admires the most is his father...favorite food is chipas...favorite movie is Braveheart, while his favorite book is 1984...pregame ritual is to pray...roots for Zlatan Ibrahimovic...hobbies include playing basketball...attends Radiant Church...Erik is a History major with a career goal to coach and teach.
