Biography
Personal - Vanessa was born in Montreal, Canada and calls Morin Heights, Canada her home...Vanessa is an Exercise Science major...Her career goal is to become a physical therapist.
Prior to FPU - Vanessa transfered to FPU from Fresno State, where her team earned the WAC Championship 2005-2008.
As a junior (2009) - Vanessa posted a singles overall record of 24-4 while playing mostly in the #4 slot...She also posted a doubles record of 28-1 while partnering with Katia Sabate in the #1 and #2 slots...Vanessa was a part of the 2008 women's team that won Runner-Up at the National Championship...She had big wins for the team in both the National quarterfinal and semifinal...Vanessa was named Second Team All-American.
