As a Junior (2014) - Started all 16 games at defender, leading the team in minutes played by a wide margin.....earned All-PacWest honors for the third consecutive season and became the first player in program history to earn NCAA Division II All-Region honors....anchored the team's defense and solidified herself as one of the region's premier defenders....PacWest Scholar Athlete.

As a Sophomore (2013) - Played in all 17 games, continuing to solidify herself as one of the top defenders in the conference....earned NCCAA All-West Region and 2nd-team All-PacWest honors after leading a defensive backline that surrendered just nine goals all year while posting nine shutouts....earned PacWest defensive player of the week honors after leading the Sunbirds to a 1-0 shutout victory over the league's top offensive team and eventual NCAA tournament representative, Cal Baptist.

As a Freshman (2012) - Started all 17 games, spearheading one of the conference's top defenses in her first season with the team....earned All-PacWest honorable mention honors and was team defensive player of the year....contributed to six shutouts on the season....also scored three goals and had one assist, totaling seven points (2nd on team)....first collegiate goal was the game-winner at Hawaii Pacific (9/27)....scored a goal in 2-1 win at Chaminade (9/29)....scored in 2-0 victory over Academy of Art (10/20)....had an assist at Holy Names (10/27).

Prior to FPU - Played four years of varsity soccer at Clovis North High School for coach Nick Pappanduros....helped lead her team to two Valley championships (2010, 2012)....earned 1st Team All-Valley honors and Clovis North's Bronco Champion award.....also played tennis, badminton and track & field.....was team MVP in badminton and was part of Clovis North's 2009 track & field valley championship team.

Personal - Parents are Cornell and Vanessa....has two siblings, Corvaughn and Sharessa....person she most admires is her grandfather James Archie....favorite food is steamed rice....favorite books include the Vampire Diaries and Twilight series....favorite movies/TV shows are Elementary and Nikita....favorite athlete is Roger Federer....person she'd most like to meet is Hugh Jackman....hobbies include reading, watching movies & anime, and playing tennis....home church is Moments of Blessing House of Prayer....Caressa is a business major with a marketing emphasis.
