2011 - Medical Redshirt

As a Junior (2010)- Played in 29 games, making 24 starts at third base and DH for the Sunbirds....in 69 at-bats, batted .174 with 14 runs scored and five RBI.

Prior to FPU - Travis is a graduate of Liberty High School...His baseball coach was Tony Mills...team was first in league all four years...was named 2nd Team All-League...Travis attended Bakersfield College before transferring to FPU...He played baseball there for two years for coach was Tim Painton...He was named Defensive Player of the Year, 1st Team All-Conference and earned a Gold Glove.

Personal - Born June 15, 1989...Travis was born in Santa Clarita but calls Bakersfield home...parents are Kenn and Debbie Morgan...has an older brother, Kyle, who has played baseball for Long Beach State, University of San Francisco and the Pittsburgh Pirates organization...favorite team is the Anaheim Angels...favorite food is chicken fried steak...favorite TV shows include "That 70's Show" and ESPN...He enjoys country music...His hobbies include hunting, fishing, 4x4, snowboarding, weight-lifting and spending time with friends...Travis is a Criminal Justice major...He hopes to become a professional baseball player, but he is also planning for a career as a sheriff.
