Biography
As a Junior (2012) - Dani was named a second-team t All-American Water Polo player by Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches (ACWPC) in 2012. Mortimer finished with 33 goals and 45 steals while spending part of the season as the team's starting goalie.
Prior to FPU - Dani is a graduate of Buchanan High School...She participated in water polo and swimming all four years...Her coaches were Kari Genco, Vince Genco and Mark Greenwood...Her team was 3-time league and valley champions.
Personal - Dani was born in San Diego, CA but calls Clovis, CA her home...Her parents are William Mortimer and Linda Wood...She has two brothers and two sisters...Her favorite TV shows include "Glee" and "One Tree Hill"...Her favorite movies are "Boondock Saints", "Remember the Titans" and "Walk the Line"... Person she most admires is teammate Mallory Rettig... Dani is a social work major.
