Biography
As a Junior (2011) - Appeared in 29 of FPU's 30 matches and was the team's starting libero by season's end....finished with 238 digs (2.43 p/s), 22 service aces and 20 assists....had a season-high 23 digs in win at Notre Dame de Namur (9/28)....had 18 digs at Azusa Pacific (10/18)....recorded 16 digs at Biola (10/11)....was a key factor in rallying the Sunbirds to victory over Fresno State (11/16) after entering the game off the bench.
Prior to FPU- Began her college career at College of the Sequoias….named 2nd Team All-Central Valley Conference….ranked 5th in the state with 495 digs….played four years of volleyball at Golden West High School, including two on the varsity team….was team captain as a senior and received All-American, recording 336 digs, 23 aces and 41 assists.
Personal- Born December 31….parents are Jody and Lisa….has three siblings Lindsey, Cydnee and Payton….her father played baseball at Fresno State and is the head baseball coach at College of the Sequoias….the people she admires the most are her parents….favorite food is Italian....favorite TV show is Grey’s Anatomy….hobbies include wakeboarding and tubing at the lake….attends Grace Community Church....Kailey is a Kinesiology major.
