Personal - Jessica was born and raised in San Jose, CA...Her nickname is "Tort"...She is the daughter of Michael and Cynde Torrecillas...She has three younger sisters...Her favorite athletic team is Duke...Her favorite books are the Bible and "Tuesdays with Morrie"...Her favorite TV shows include "Friends" and "House"...Her favorite movie is "The Godfather"...Her hobbies include shopping, watching movies and bike riding...Her home church is Cornerstone Church of San Jose...Jessica is a Psychology major...Her career goal is to become a clinical psychologist. 

Prior to FPU - Jessica is a graduate of Archbishop Mitty High School...Her basketball coach was Sue Phillips...Her team was State Champion in 2006-07...She earned WCAL Honorable Mention in 2005-06...She earned All-CCS Honorable Mention in 2006-07.

As a freshman (2007) - Jessica played in 28 games including one start...She shot 37.5 percent from the field and 87.5 percent from the free throw line...She averaged 4.7 points per game. 

As a sophomore (2008) - Jessica played in all 28 of the Sunbirds' games and started in 22 of them...She averaged 26.4 minutes per game...Jessica was first on the team in rebounds (151), rebounds per game (5.4), and points per game (13.2)...She also had 24 steals and 44 assists...Jessica shot 55% from the field and 79% from the free throw line.
