FRESNO, Calif.- The third match in three days was no problem for the Fresno Pacific Sunbirds (6-5 overall) in a 7-0 win over the Metro State Denver Roadrunners (9-5 overall) Monday afternoon at the Haak Tennis Complex.

th straight singles win and 3
rd straight doubles win with partner
Audrey Ouellet highlighted a smooth Monday for FPU.
Sanne Brull and
Daimy Paula also did double duty after they sealed the doubles point on court no. 3 with a 6-4 win.
Falentin and Brull won their singles matches in short order while
Nayuma Subba grabbed an early set one victory.
But Subba fell down 5-2 in the second set before rallying and winning five consecutive games to win 7-5 in the second set and clinch the match for Fresno Pacific.
With the men's match going on simultaneously, the other matches got a bit of a later start.
Ouellet was not one of the late starts but had to grind in the third set after trading the first two 6-1, 4-6. Ouellet fell behind 2-3 in the third before also rallying to win 6-4 and earn the fifth point of the match for FPU.
Daimy Paula jumped out to a 6-1 win and held on to a 7-5 second set victory.
Elise Leik closed out a marathon 7-6, 4-6, 10-5 to finish off the Sunbirds' sweep of the match and the weekend.
Fresno Pacific will get a week off before traveling to Turlock on March 28
th to play Stanislaus State.
