Streaky Offense Foils FPU against Biola

FRESNO, Calif. – The Fresno Pacific University women's basketball team hosted Biola on Saturday afternoon, as streaky offense and turnovers doomed the Sunbirds, as they dropped the game to the Eagles 56-47.

QUOTABLE
"For the most part, our defense was really good tonight. Our offense is really disconnected. That's on me. I must do a better job of putting our team in positions to be successful without turning the ball over. Our inability to protect the basketball in a multitude of areas today did us in. Not only could we not make a shot, but we also continuously gave them extra possessions with turnovers and allowed them to get 18 points off those turnovers. We have a long way to go, but we'll go together. Our mental toughness and togetherness will be tested this next week as we travel to four straight road games. Still a lot of belief in our locker room." – head coach Tim Beauregard
