Sunbirds Drop Front End of Season-Opening Road Trip

SAN MARCOS, Calif. – The Fresno Pacific men's soccer team fell 3-0 to Cal State San Marcos in Thursday's season-opener.

QUOTABLE:
"We made a lot of youthful mistakes today, and the magnitude of being on a team that everyone is gunning for weighs heavy for some guys. Offensively, we're a little disjointed right now, and though we had flashes of good things today, we did not look ready to play a full game," head coach Jaime Ramirez said. "I suspect our opponent on Saturday will be even better than they have been, so we are hoping to bounce back and learn something from today."
