INSIDE THE MATCHUP:
Final: Fresno Pacific 73, Concordia 77
Records: FPU (5-5, 3-2 PacWest), BU (8-3, 4-1PacWest)
Location: Chase Gym | La Mirada, Calif.
Â
"We've had to battle through a lot this week and although we did not come out on top, I'm proud that we continued to fight. We will work to figure out how to start games with a bit more energy going forward. We know that for us to reach our goals we have to become able to play for 40-minutes each game. We simply cannot win games that we dig ourselves an early hole, "said head coach
Tim Beauregard.
Â
"We have a lot to be thankful for and a lot to be excited for as we move forward. I'm unflinching in my belief in this team, and believe we are right where we need to be to achieve the things we want to achieve," continued Beauregard.
