Sunbirds Sharp in Road Win over Silverswords

HONOLULU – The Fresno Pacific women's basketball team scored another PacWest Conference victory on Saturday evening, defeating Chaminade 65-49 on the road. The Sunbirds have now swept their Hawaii trip for the first time since joining the league in 2012-13.

QUOTABLE
"With all the travel that's involved on a trip like this, it becomes tough to stay locked in. I was proud that our girls kept perspective and remembered that this was a business trip. We showed resilience and mental toughness for both games, and we had lots of players step up and contribute to these wins. We are excited to head home with two road wins and to stay in the hunt for the postseason." – head coach Tim Beauregard
