Sunbirds Slated for Pair of PacWest Duels

FRESNO, Calif. – The Fresno Pacific women's basketball team is set for two conference games in three days, visiting Biola on Saturday before hosting Holy Names on Monday evening.

About Fresno Pacific (3-8, 1-2 PacWest)
• FPU fell to Dominican in their lone PacWest game last week despite three Sunbirds (Malazarte, Alvarez, Munster) scoring in double-figures.
• Despite being held under 10 points for just the second time this season, Cassie Pisik hauled in a season-high 12 rebounds, including nine on the defensive glass.
• The Sunbirds rank second in the PacWest in blocked shots with 52, led individually by Julia LoCastro's 25.

• FPU claims a 45-22 advantage in the all-time series against Biola, with the last meeting coming in Fresno in 2012.
