HOW IT HAPPENED:
• The Warriors controlled the opening tip, allowing Erika Larsen to score the first bucket of the night.
• Stanislaus State hit an early rhythm, outscoring their hosts 21-7 in the first quarter.

Megan Lee gave the Sunbirds 14 points in the second quarter, cutting the FPU deficit to just three heading into the intermission.
• The Warriors shot 48% from the floor in the second half to hold off the Sunbird attack.

• Lee finished her night as the game's leading scorer with 18 points, while
Cassie Pisik finished on her heels with 16.
• Larsen led the Warriors with 16 as one of three players in double-figures.

Ashley Cross hauled in a game-high nine rebounds, but the Warriors outrebounded the Sunbirds 49-43 for the game.
• Warrior guard Angelica Baylon tallied five steals for the night, the most of any FPU opponent this year.
