FRESNO, CA. - The Fresno Pacific women's basketball team defeated Concordia University 84-77 Saturday afternoon at FPU's Special Events Center.

The Sunbirds had four players score in double-digits to help them earn the seven-point home victory.

Junior forward Jessica Torrecillas had another stellar performance to lead the orange and blue with a team-high 28 points on the night.

Junior guard Michele Rebozzi was also solid chipping in 19 points, while senior guard Jessica Mazza netted 15 points and snatched 5 rebounds for FPU.

Junior forward Tineka Spencer stepped up as well for Fresno Pacific to round out the double-figure scorers with 11 points in the contest.

With the win, the Sunbirds improve to 8-21 overall, and 5-14 in GSAC play.
