Sanger West High School Aquatics Complex

Opened in September 2025, the Sanger West Aquatics Complex is a state-of-the-art competition facility located at Sanger West High School in southeast Fresno. The nearly $18 million complex features a 59-meter-by-25-yard Myrtha competition pool equipped with a movable bulkhead, allowing the pool to accommodate multiple configurations for swimming and water polo. The facility also features Colorado Time Systems competition equipment, extensive pool deck space and a 7,000-square-foot support building with locker rooms, offices and equipment facilities.

Beginning in 2026, Sanger West became a home competition venue for Fresno Pacific's aquatic programs, hosting Sunbird water polo and swimming events. The facility is the first phase of a larger Sanger Unified aquatics plan that ultimately calls for a second competition pool, further establishing the complex as a premier aquatics destination for schools, clubs and collegiate competition in the Central Valley.
