Nestled with the Steinert Athletic Complex on the campus of Fresno Pacific University, Dan Martin Stadium serves as the proud home of Sunbird Baseball and one of the premier Division II collegiate baseball venues across the west coast. Designed with both player performance and fan experience in mind, the stadium provides an intimate yet energetic atmosphere that brings the community close to the action.

Originally built in 2008 as FPU Diamond, the facility was transformed into Dan Martin Stadium ahead of the 2025 season. With park dimensions of 330 ft (left field), 390 ft (center field) and 325 ft (right field), the stadium features a well-manicured natural playing surface comprised of bermuda and rye grasses. The addition of AWRE camera technology and TrackMan systems to the stadium equips Sunbird Baseball with cutting-edge tools to provide real-time data, advanced analytics, and detailed performance insights - empowering players and coaches to refine development, track progress, and elevate performance at the highest level. In addition to enclosed, regulation-sized bullpens for both the home and visitors, the facility also boasts a fully-covered, multi-station batting cage. Every detail of Dan Martin Stadium reflects Fresno Pacific’s dedication to competing at a high level while honoring the traditions of the game.

The big league–caliber clubhouse is unlike anything at the Division II level, and features spacious individual player lockers, modern shower facilities, a comfortable team lounge, and dedicated coaches’ offices - along with a separate, fully equipped locker room and shower space for the coaching staff, creating a professional environment that supports preparation, recovery, and daily excellence.

Fans visiting Dan Martin Stadium will enjoy a gameday experience like none other. The fully-covered, fully ADA-accessible grandstands comfortably seats over 800 fans with clear sightlines of the diamond, creating a family-friendly environment where every pitch, hit, and home run can be experienced up close. The concourse features indoor restrooms, a filtered drinking water station, fully-stocked concession stand, and team store stocked with officially-licensed Adidas team gear. A state-of-the-art audio and public address system that brings fans even closer to the game rounds out the entire gameday experience. Whether it’s a sunny afternoon game or a crisp evening under the lights, Dan Martin Stadium offers a welcoming setting for students, alumni, and the Fresno community to gather and support the Sunbirds.

Significant events held at the facility are the 2025 PacWest Baseball Championship, 2015 NCCAA West Region Playoffs, 2009 NAIA Regional Baseball Tournament, and numerous community tournament games and pro-scout events.
