In the fourth inning, Darryl Diworth Jr. singled and then stole second base, breaking CUI's no-hit streak. Gabe Henderson's RBI single to right field scored Dilworth to bring it to 1-0. Then, in the sixth inning, Dilworth returned to the plate and extended the lead with a solo home run to right center, contributing to the 3-0 shutout.
