Oct. 13-19
Goalkeeper Hammes and the Sunbirds' defensive line did an incredible job holding off the Bobcats' advances and accomplished a shutout in the second half of the conference opener. Hammes was relentless between the bars, tallying 17 saves to hit a season-high.
