After coming off the bench to pick up a couple of key hits in the spring of 2019 (towering homer vs. Concordia, pinch-hit 2-RBI single vs. Holy Names), Vegely saw just 18 at-bats in the shortened 2020 season for the Sunbirds but managed to hit a homer and drive in five runs during that time.
