Prior to FPU - Played for one year at Jacksonville College under head coach Leasa Alshie....prepped at Mesquite Horn High School, where she played four years of varsity basketball....earned team MVP honors....also named best offensive player.
Personal - Daughter of Don Smith....has three siblings: Alex, Brandon, and Anthony....chose FPU because she wanted to go to school in California....person she most admires is her dad....favorite TV show is Scandal....favorite book is Avalon High....friend on another college team is Moriah Jefferson....listens to music as a pregame ritual, and especially enjoys music by The Weeknd....admires athlete Diana Taurasi....attends Concord Church....Kristina is a communication major.
