Prior to FPU - Spent two seasons at Hartnell College under head coach Christopher Zepeda....named the Most Valuable Field Athlete....cleared 14'10" on the pole vault and scored 5,304 on the decathlon....prepped at North Salinas High School....spent four seasons on the varsity team under head coach Allen Green....named the Most Valuable Multi Athlete....also a member of the wrestling team and was named MVP.

Personal - Son of Mildred Olivas....has two siblings named Nathan and Makaleah....greatest sports thrill was winning conference at his junior college....favorite song is The Prayer by Kid Cudi....enjoys surfing and exploring the outdoors as hobbies....Norman is a kinesiology major with career goals to go into radiology and cardiac rehab.
