2014 Men's Cross Country Roster
Biography
Prior to FPU - Spent four years on the cross country and track & field teams at Fowler High School, including three years on varsity under coach Jayleen Budwig....set the school record and helped lead the team to three Valley titles....during track had season bests of 5:03 in the mile and 2:01 in the 800.
Personal - Born August 23, 1994....son of Mark and Tiffany Rodriguez....has three siblings: Taylor, Sophia and Mia....greatest sports thrill was breaking the school record....person he most admires is his father....favorite movie is Jurassic Park....hobbies include reading....Derrick is a pre-med major with plans of becoming a surgeon.
