HOW IT HAPPENED:
• The two teams exchanged miss opportunities in the early part of the game before
Elijah Hill and
Sam Burt eventually connected for the game's first bucket.
• CBU answered with a 19-6 run before a pair of
Aamondae Coleman three-pointers got the Blue and Orange back in the game.
• Coleman finished his first half with 11 points, but the Lancers carried an eight-point lead into the locker room at the intermission.
•
Sam Holmes and Burt teamed up for a fast-break, alley-oop dunk that cut the FPU deficit to 11, but the Lancers quickly began to pull away.
• CBU fed the hot hand for much of the second half, as guard Jordan Heading knocked down four of his five attempts from behind the arc to total 14 points for the half.
• In the final home game of their careers, Burt and Holmes each left the game to a standing ovation in the waning minutes.

STATS OF THE GAME:
• Heading led all scorers with 24 points as one of five Lancers in double-figures, while Burt turned in a double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds.
• Coleman matched Burt in the scoring department, while
Toby Christensen finished on their heels with 12 of his own.

Adrian Antunez added eight points and seven boards, while also dishing out four assists.
• FPU racked up 32 points in the paint, while the Lancers got 48 points from behind the arc.
• CBU out-rebounded their hosts 41-35 and won the turnover battle by a 14-11 margin.
